<p><b>pnmtosir</b> reads a PNM image as input and produces a Solitaire
Image Recorder format image.
<P><b>pnmtosir</b> produces an MGI TYPE 17 file for PBM and PGM files. For
PPM, it writes a MGI TYPE 11 file.
