[Vbox7IE] Improve extraction
* DASH extraction no longer fails with new range support
* but always find combined formats if available
* suppress ineffective XFF geo-bypass (causes time-outs)
* adapted from https://github.com/ytdl-org/youtube-dl/pull/29680
