	Fix inline assembler constraints.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/s390/s390-64/sysdep.h (INTERNAL_SYSCALL):
	Likewise.

	* sysdeps/s390/s390-64/Makefile (pic-ccflag): Use -fpic instead of
	-fPIC.
