Update.
	Remove struct __pthread_attr_s forward declaration.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/alpha/bits/siginfo.h: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/ia64/bits/siginfo.h: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/s390/bits/siginfo.h: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sparc/bits/siginfo.h: Likewise.
