	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/mips/mips64/syscall.S (syscall): Likewise.

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/mips/mips64/n64/ioctl.S (__ioctl): Use
	macros to handle GP.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/mips/mips64/syscall.S (syscall):
	Likewise.  Update inaccurate comments.
