	(__ASSUME_PROT_GROWSUPDOWN): Define for 2.6.1 and up.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/dl-execstack.c: Omit compatibility code
	if __ASSUME_PROT_GROWSUPDOWN is defined.
