	re-entrant code.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/arm/socket.S: Check correctly for error
	return; call syscall_error through PLT.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/arm/sysdep.h (ENTRY): Correct error jump.
