	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/x86_64/bits/fcntl.h: Add compatibilty
	for x86.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/x86_64/bits/msq.h: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/x86_64/bits/types.h: Likewise.
