	(INLINE_SYSCALL): Use it.
	(INTERNAL_SYSCALL_ERROR_P, INTERNAL_SYSCALL_ERRNO): Define.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/arm/socket.S (__socket): Use
	SYSCALL_ERROR in place of __syscall_error.
