	sigaddset.  Reported by Andreas Schwab.
	(__default_sigpause): New function.  Call __sigpause as BSD version.
	Make this the default function by providing alias sigpause.
	* sysdeps/stub/sigpause.c (__default_sigpause): New funciton.
	Simply fail.  Provide alias sigpause.
