Update.
	* misc/syslog.c (vsyslog): Fix copying of PID in case of
	out-of-memory situation.  [BZ #365].

	* sysdeps/alpha/fpu/bits/mathinline.h: Use __NTH instead of
	__THROW in inline function definitions.
