	* math/Makefile (CPPFLAGS-test-ifloat.c, CPPFLAGS-test-idouble.c,
	CPPFLAGS-test-ildoubl.c): Renamed from CFLAGS-*.
	(math-CPPFLAGS): Set this instead of CPPFLAGS.
