Update.
	* rt/Makefile (tests): Add tst-clock_nanosleep.
	* rt/tst-clock_nanosleep.c: New file.
	* posix/Makefile (tests): Add tst-nanosleep.
	* posix/tst-nanosleep.c: New file.
