Move 'hosts' routines from 'inet' into 'nss'
The gethostby* and gethostent* routines are entry points for nss functionality. This commit moves them from the 'inet' subdirectory to 'nss'. Reviewed-by: Adhemerval Zanella <adhemerval.zanella@linaro.org>
