	* elf/dl-profile.c: Use atomic.h instead of atomicity.h.  Adjust

	* stdlib/cxa_finalize.c: Likewise.

	* sysdeps/mips/ieee754.h: New file, suitable to replace both
	* stdlib/strtod.c (INTERNAL): While eating trailing zeros handle
