	with new algorithm.

	* sysdeps/libm-i387/s_cbrtl.S: New file.

	* sysdeps/libm-i387/s_frexp.S: Optimize even more.
	* sysdeps/libm-i387/s_frexpf.S: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/libm-i387/s_frexpl.S: Likewise.
