	IN6_IS_ADDR_MC_SITELOCAL, IN6_IS_ADDR_MC_ORGLOCAL,
	IN6_IS_ADDR_MC_GLOBAL): Preserve const in cast.
	* include/aliases.h: Add prototypes for internal __getalias* functions.
