* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/tst-getcpu.c: New file.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/Makefile [subdir=posix] (tests): Add
	tst-getcpu.

	* include/link.h: Move l_version and l_nversion members around to
	fill gaps.
