	* Makerules (all-nonlib): Renamed from all-tests.
	Include $(others) here too.

	CPPFLAGS-ld-monetary, CPPFLAGS-ld-collate, CPPFLAGS-ld-identification,

	CPPFLAGS-charmap-dir): Variables removed.  Instead, catch all
	the program modules via cppflags-iterator.mk.
