Fix misspellings in iconv/ and iconvdata/ -- BZ 25337
All the changes are in comments or '#error' messages. Applying this commit results in bit-identical rebuild of iconvdata/*.so Reviewed-by: Florian Weimer <fw@deneb.enyo.de>
