Update.
	* elf/tst-tls1.c: Move TLS helper macros to...
	* elf/tls-macros.h: ...here.  New file.
	* elf/tst-tls2.c: New file.
	* elf/Makefile (tests): Add tst-tls2.
	(distribute): Add tls-macros.h.
