(seekdir): Fix type of second parameter. * sysdeps/generic/seekdir.c: Likewise. * sysdeps/mach/hurd/seekdir.c: Likewise. * sysdeps/unix/seekdir.c: Likewise. * dlfcn/dlfcn.h: Define RTLD_NEXT and RTLD_DEFAULT only if __USE_GNU.
