* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/kernel-features.h (__ASSUME_TGKILL):
Define appropriately for x86_64. 
(__ASSUME_UTIMES): Likewise. 
(__ASSUME_FADVISE64_64_SYSCALL): Likewise. 
(__ASSUME_CLONE_THREAD_FLAGS): Likewise.
