Prepare for 2.29 release
	* NEWS: Add the list of bugs fixed in 2.29.
	* manual/contrib.texi: Update contributors list with some more
	names.
 	* manual/install.texi: Update latest versions of packages
 	tested.
 	* INSTALL: Regenerated.
