The gen-libm-tests.py support to generate ULP_I_* is removed and all libm-test-ulps files are updated to longer have the i{float,double,ldouble} entries. The support for no-test-inline is also removed from both gen-auto-libm-tests and the auto-libm-test-out-* were regenerated.
