* Update copyright dates with scripts/update-copyrightsPaul Eggert2021-01-021-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | I used these shell commands: ../glibc/scripts/update-copyrights $PWD/../gnulib/build-aux/update-copyright (cd ../glibc && git commit -am"[this commit message]") and then ignored the output, which consisted lines saying "FOO: warning: copyright statement not found" for each of 6694 files FOO. I then removed trailing white space from benchtests/bench-pthread-locks.c and iconvdata/tst-iconv-big5-hkscs-to-2ucs4.c, to work around this diagnostic from Savannah: remote: *** pre-commit check failed ... remote: *** error: lines with trailing whitespace found remote: error: hook declined to update refs/heads/master
* linux: Simplify timerfd_settimeAdhemerval Zanella2020-08-241-14/+9
| | | | | | | | | | | With arch-syscall.h it can now assumes the existance of either __NR_timer_settime or __NR_time_settime_time64. The 32-bit time_t support is now only build for !__ASSUME_TIME64_SYSCALLS. Checked on x86_64-linux-gnu and i686-linux-gnu (on 5.4 and on 4.15 kernel). Reviewed-by: Lukasz Majewski <lukma@denx.de>
* y2038: linux: Provide __timerfd_settime64 implementationLukasz Majewski2020-02-021-0/+87
This patch replaces auto generated wrapper (as described in sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/syscalls.list) for timerfd_settime with one which adds extra support for reading and writing from Linux kernel 64 bit time values on machines with __TIMESIZE != 64. There is no functional change for archs already supporting 64 bit time ABI. This patch is conceptually identical to timer_settime conversion already done in sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/timer_settime.c. Please refer to corresponding commit message for detailed description of introduced functions and the testing procedure.
