I then removed trailing white space from math/tgmath.h, support/tst-support-open-dev-null-range.c, and sysdeps/x86_64/multiarch/strlen-vec.S, to work around the following obscure pre-commit check failure diagnostics from Savannah. Add this constant to the various sys/ptrace.h headers in glibc, with the structure in bits/ptrace-shared.h (named struct __ptrace_rseq_configuration in glibc, as with other such structures). Tested for x86_64, and with build-many-glibcs.py.

This patch adds these to sys/ptrace.h in glibc (PTRACE_GET_SYSCALL_INFO in each architecture version, the rest in bits/ptrace-shared.h). As with previous such constants and associated structures, the glibc version of the structure is named struct __ptrace_syscall_info. Tested for x86_64, and with build-many-glibcs.py.
