| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | I used these shell commands: ../glibc/scripts/update-copyrights $PWD/../gnulib/build-aux/update-copyright (cd ../glibc && git commit -am"[this commit message]") and then ignored the output, which consisted lines saying "FOO: warning: copyright statement not found" for each of 7061 files FOO. I then removed trailing white space from math/tgmath.h, support/tst-support-open-dev-null-range.c, and sysdeps/x86_64/multiarch/strlen-vec.S, to work around the following obscure pre-commit check failure diagnostics from Savannah. I don't know why I run into these diagnostics whereas others evidently do not. remote: *** 912-#endif remote: *** 913: remote: *** 914- remote: *** error: lines with trailing whitespace found ... remote: *** error: sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/statx_cp.c: trailing lines
* Linux: Move timer_settime, __timer_settime64 from librt to libcFlorian Weimer2021-06-281-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The symbols were moved using scripts/move-symbol-to-libc.py. The way the ABI intransition is implemented is changed with this commit: the implementation is now consolidated in one file with a TIMER_T_WAS_INT_COMPAT check. The shared librt is now empty, so this commit adds a placeholder symbol at the base version, GLIBC_2.2, and potentially at the GLIBC_2.3.3 version as well (the leftover from the int/timer_t ABI transition). * Linux: Move aio_cancel, aio_cancel64 into libcFlorian Weimer2021-06-251-0/+24
The symbols were moved using scripts/move-symbol-to-libc.py. A version placeholder symbol is needed on alpha and sparc because of the additional symbols formerly at version GLIBC_2.3. Reviewed-by: Adhemerval Zanella <adhemerval.zanella@linaro.org>:
