I then removed trailing white space from math/tgmath.h, support/tst-support-open-dev-null-range.c, and sysdeps/x86_64/multiarch/strlen-vec.S, to work around the following obscure pre-commit check failure diagnostics from Savannah. If the vector support is not present, one is receiving an operation exception. Therefore this patch also checks for vector support in the ifunc selector and in ifunc-impl-list.c. Just to be sure, the configure check is now also testing an arch13 vector instruction and an arch13 Miscellaneous-Instruction-Extensions Facility 3 instruction.

For the backward case it relies on the new instruction mvcrl. The instruction copies up to 256 bytes at once. In case of an overlap, it copies the bytes like copying them one by one starting from right to left. This patch introduces a z13 specific ifunc variant for memmove. As the common code implementation, it checks if we can copy from the beginning to the end - with z196 memcpy implementation - or if we have to copy from the end to the beginning. The latter case is done by using vector load/store instructions. If vector instructions are not available, the common-code is used as fallback. Therefore it is implemented in memmove-c with a different name. Furthermore the ifunc logic decides if we need the common-code implementation at all. If vector instructions are supported due to the minimum architecture level set we can skip the common-code ifunc variant.
