I then removed trailing white space from math/tgmath.h, support/tst-support-open-dev-null-range.c, and sysdeps/x86_64/multiarch/strlen-vec.S, to work around the following obscure pre-commit check failure diagnostics from Savannah. 	When built with GCC 11.1 and -mcpu=power9, ld.so prints this error message when running on POWER8: Fatal glibc error: CPU lacks ISA 3.00 support (POWER9 or later required)
