* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/Dist: Add pathconf.h.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/i386/Dist: Add bp-thunk.h.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/powerpc/powerpc64/Dist: Add fe_nomask.c and
ucontext_i.h.
* Makefile (distribute): Add include/stubs-prologue.h,
