I used these shell commands:
../glibc/scripts/update-copyrights $PWD/../gnulib/build-aux/update-copyright
(cd ../glibc && git commit -am"[this commit message]")
and then ignored the output, which consisted lines saying "FOO: warning:
copyright statement not found" for each of 7061 files FOO.
I then removed trailing white space from math/tgmath.h,
support/tst-support-open-dev-null-range.c, and
sysdeps/x86_64/multiarch/strlen-vec.S, to work around the following
obscure pre-commit check failure diagnostics from Savannah. I don't
know why I run into these diagnostics whereas others evidently do not.

84f7ce84474c ("posix: Add glob64 with 64-bit time_t support") replaced
GLOB_NO_LSTAT with defining GLOB_LSTAT and GLOB_LSTAT64, but the posix
and gnu versions of the change were missing in the commit.

This follows ccf970c7a ('posix: Add compat glob symbol to not follow
dangling symbols') by adding to gnu/ the same compatibility as for Linux.
* sysdeps/gnu/glob64.c (__glob): Define macro instead of glob macro.
(__glob64): Define GLIBC_2_27 versioned symbol instead of glob64.
* sysdeps/gnu/glob-lstat-compat.c: New file.
* sysdeps/gnu/glob64-lstat-compat.c: New file.
