buffer, not only _IO_write_end.

* stdio-common/vfprintf.c (process_string_arg): Handle multibyte
strings with precision in vfwprintf correctly.
* stdio-common/vfprintf.c: Fix completely broken handling of
unbuffered wide character streams.
