This is the patch for the changes not generated by scripts/update-copyrights and subsequent build / regeneration of generated files. As well as the usual annual updates, mainly dates in --version output (minus csu/version.c which previously had to be handled manually but is now successfully updated by update-copyrights), there is a small change to the copyright notice in NEWS which should let NEWS get updated automatically next year. Please remember to include 2021 in the dates for any new files added in future (which means updating any existing uncommitted patches you have that add new files to use the new copyright dates in them).

Some of those subdirectories (e.g. crypt) may originally have been add-ons (and so optional, so a particular glibc build might or might not have included them), but except for libidn they aren't now (or if only included in some builds, in the case of soft-fp, the inclusion depends on the architecture for which glibc is configured rather than having any glibc configuration for which it's an optional feature), and it doesn't seem useful for the libc.so.6 output to call out a few features like that. This patch removes the non-add-on Banner files, updating contrib.texi where they noted contributions not otherwise mentioned there.
