Change libio buffer handling to allocate internal buffers using
mmap if possible.
* libio/filedoalloc.c (_IO_file_doallocate): Change call to
ALLOC_BUF.

to FREE_BUF.
(_IO_default_doallocate): Change call to ALLOC_BUF.
