(_dl_sysdep_start): Likewise for memobj name in magic switches.
* elf/Makefile (reloc-link): New variable.
(dl-allobjs.so): New target, link together $(rtld-routines).
(librtld.so): Depend on that instead of the rtld components.
(generated): Add dl-allobjs.so.
