zic: Use PRIdMAX to print line numbers
The PRIdLINENUM abstraction is unnecessary and breaks libc.pot generation. * timezone.zic (PRIdLINENO): Remove. (verror): Use PRIdMAX. * po/libc.pot: Regenerate.
