* configure.in (machine): Match sparcv9v and sparc64v.
	* configure: Regenerated.
	* sysdeps/sparc/sparc32/sparcv9v/memcpy.S: New file.
	* sysdeps/sparc/sparc32/sparcv9v/memset.S: New file.
	* sysdeps/sparc/sparc64/sparcv9v/memcpy.S: New file.
