2000-01-08 Mark Kettenis <kettenis@gnu.org>
	* sysdeps/mach/hurd/setitimer.c (quantize_timeval): New function.
	(setitimer_locked): Use it to quantize the timer values.  Use
	quantized timer values to check if the timeout changed.
