* sysdeps/ieee754/ldbl-64-128/strtold_l.c (__STRTOF): Declare.
Add libc_hidden_proto. (STRTOF): Add libc_hidden_proto. (___new_strtold_l, ___new_wcstold_l): New weak aliases.
