hurd: support clock_gettime(CLOCK_PROCESS/THREAD_CPUTIME_ID)
* sysdeps/mach/clock_gettime.c (__clock_gettime): Add support for
CLOCK_PROCESS_CPUTIME_ID and CLOCK_THREAD_CPUTIME_ID.
