	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/bits/sem.h: Fix typo.

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/bits/ipc.h: Remove ipc_kludge definition
	here.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/msgrcv.c (msgrcv): Add ipc_kludge
	definition here.
