Update.

	* misc/syslog.c: Moved to...
	* sysdeps/generic/syslog.c: ...here.
	[NO_SIGIPE]: Don't install SIGPIPE handler.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/syslog.c: New file.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/kernel-features.h: Define
	__ASSUME_MSG_NOSIGNAL.
