* sysdeps/generic/libc-start.c (__libc_stack_end): Chop __unbounded.
* sysdeps/unix/make-syscalls.sh: Handle signatures of 
length 7..9, just in case... 
* misc/sys/cdefs.h (__ptrvalue): Define as nothing for non-BP.
