x86: Remove the duplicated CPU_FEATURE_CPU_P
CPU_FEATURE_CPU_P is defined in sysdeps/x86/sys/platform/x86.h. Remove the duplicated CPU_FEATURE_CPU_P in sysdeps/x86/include/cpu-features.h.
