Update.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/i386/setregid.c (__setregid): Make POSIX
	compliant.  Don't change sgid.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/i386/setreuid.c (__setreuid): Make POSIX
	compliant.  Don't change suid.
