(__ASSUME_TIMEVAL64): Set for alpha. * sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/alpha/Makefile (sysdep_routines): Remove adjtimex, osf_sigprocmask, old_adjtimex. * sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/alpha/adjtime.c: Use INLINE_SYSCALL, __ASSUME_TIMEVAL64.
