Optimized sparc floor{,f} routines.
	* sysdeps/sparc/sparc32/sparcv9/fpu/s_floor.S: New file.
	* sysdeps/sparc/sparc32/sparcv9/fpu/s_floorf.S: New file.
	* sysdeps/sparc/sparc64/fpu/s_floor.S: New file.
	* sysdeps/sparc/sparc64/fpu/s_floorf.S: New file.
