* sysdeps/sparc/sparc32/bits/atomic.h: New file.
	* sysdeps/sparc/sparc32/sparcv9/bits/atomic.h: New file.
	* sysdeps/sparc/sparc64/bits/atomic.h: New file.
	* sysdeps/sparc/sparc32/atomicity.h: Removed.
	* sysdeps/sparc/sparc32/sparcv9/atomicity.h: Removed.
	* sysdeps/sparc/sparc64/atomicity.h: Removed.
