powerpc64le: Require gcc >= 6.2 for powerpc64le
On powerpc64le, support for __float128 will start to be built by default, which requires gcc versions greater than or equal to 6.2. Tested for ppc64 (still works with older compilers) and ppc64le. 2017-04-28 Gabriel F. T.
